With 26 years of baseball coaching experience, Roberto Negron brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a proven track record of success to the North Texas Wildcatters. As the head coach for the 13U Majors and 17U teams, he is committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field.

Coaching Achievements & Experience:

• 3x American Amateur Baseball Congress Coach of the Year (2001, 2002, 2014)
• Head Coach, Puerto Rico National Team – COPABE 14U Tournament (2011-2014)
• Assistant Coach, Puerto Rico National Team – 16U Canada Tournament (2007)
• Head Coach, 14U World Cup – Led team to Silver Medal finish
• Director, Athletic Baseball Program – ESCA High School, Puerto Rico

Academic & Professional Background:

• Associate Degrees in Accounting and Marketing
• Asset Protection Manager
