By attracting top talent from across the country, the Wildcatters proudly represent their communities while competing in premier tournaments nationwide. Leadership with Roots

A successful entrepreneur, devoted family man, and active member of the Houston community, Scott created the organization to ensure young athletes—regardless of their background—have access to elite-level development, coaching, and competition.

Inspired by his passion for sports and giving back, he has helped grow the Wildcatters into a nationally respected non-profit organization dedicated to shaping not only talented players, but strong, disciplined young men prepared for success far beyond the field.

Our Coaching Staff

We hire coaches with significant baseball experience at the highest levels, and our coaches work with our athletes to transform them into the best baseball players they can be. Beyond the diamond, our staff goes the extra mile to prepare the young men for life outside of baseball by upholding the core Wildcatter values of integrity, competitiveness, accountability, and virtue.
