Following college, he spent two seasons in the Frontier League, competing for the Rockford Riverhawks. His passion for the game extended beyond baseball, as he also competed at the major level in professional slow-pitch softball for five years.
Transitioning into coaching, Reno began as a graduate assistant at UIW, gaining valuable experience in player development. He has since spent four years coaching AAA and Major-level youth baseball, dedicating himself to helping young athletes refine their skills and reach their full potential. Currently, he serves as the head coach of the CTX Wildcatters 9U Major team, bringing his knowledge, leadership, and passion for the game to the next generation of ballplayers.
