Josh Foster is a dedicated follower of Christ and a respected leader in the baseball development community with over a decade of experience in player development. He serves as the Owner and Director of Prime Performance HTX, where he has helped countless athletes grow both on and off the field through individualized training, mentorship, and a commitment to excellence.

Coach Foster currently leads the Wildcatters 2026 National team (formerly Scout Navy) as part of the organization’s high school program. With a coaching presence that spans across multiple regions, he is known for his ability to connect with players from all backgrounds and skill levels while maintaining a high standard of competitiveness and character.

Under his leadership, players receive not only elite-level coaching but also the life skills and mindset needed to succeed at the next level. Coach Foster is passionate about developing complete athletes and men of integrity, and he continues to make a lasting impact within the Wildcatters program and the greater baseball community.
