Born and raised in Venezuela, Coach Emmerich started playing baseball at the age of 8, quickly showcasing a talent that led him to compete in various national tournaments and win multiple awards. He moved to the United States at the age of 17 to play high school baseball under the guidance of Coach Ron Mathis, a mentor who deeply influenced his love for the game.

After high school, he continued his career at the collegiate level, playing Division I baseball in Baltimore and Texas as a two-way player. Following his playing career, he pursued a master’s degree in International Economics at Texas A&M University.

With over a decade of coaching experience across different levels in both baseball and softball, Coach Emmerich is a man of faith who is passionate about teaching not only the physical aspects of the game but also the mental side. He strives to inspire, instill the importance of playing the game the right way, and share the same love for the game that has given him so much.

In addition to coaching, Coach Emmerich is a partner at a boutique international tax consulting firm, combining his expertise in economics with his entrepreneurial drive.
