With over 23 years of coaching experience (2002–present), Coach Douglas brings a deep passion for player development and the game of baseball. Over the course of his career, he has served as Head Coach or Assistant Coach for more than 70 select and showcase teams, working with athletes from 8U to 18U levels.

From 2011 to 2018, Coach Douglas led the Regents of Austin JV Baseball Program as Head Coach, where he spent eight successful seasons shaping young athletes into confident and skilled players ready for the next level.

Coach Douglas specializes in developing young players, placing a strong emphasis on sound fundamentals in hitting, pitching, catching, and defensive skills. His coaching philosophy focuses on building a solid foundation, fostering a love for the game, and preparing players both on and off the field for long-term success.
