Coach Silverio is originally from Puerto Rico, where his lifelong passion for baseball began. A graduate of the prestigious Puerto Rico Baseball Academy, he developed a deep understanding of the game from an early age. His dedication and skill on the field earned him the opportunity to play college baseball at Missouri Valley College in the United States.
During his time at Missouri Valley, Coach Silverio also served as a student assistant, where he shadowed the infield coach and contributed to the team’s strength and conditioning program. This experience laid the foundation for his dual focus on player development and athletic performance.
After college, Coach Silverio relocated to Texas, where he worked with several select baseball teams, concentrating on speed, agility, and strength training. His expertise and leadership led him to become the Regional Director for RedLine Athletics in Keller and Coppell. There, he managed performance programs for athletes across a variety of sports, while continuing to focus on baseball-specific strength and conditioning.
Coach Silverio specializes in infield training, with a strong emphasis on glove presentation, posture, footwork, and overall consistency—fundamentals he believes are essential to building confident, efficient fielders. His coaching philosophy combines technical precision with athletic performance, underpinned by a background in Exercise Science and over four years of hands-on experience in baseball-specific training.
Through his holistic approach, Coach Silverio has helped athletes throw harder, run faster, and hit with more power—elevating their overall game and maximizing their potential on the field.
