DO'S & DON'TS FOR SUBMITTING MEDIA TO WILDCATTERS BASEBALL

Following these guidelines helps ensure we showcase the best moments from our Wildcatters teams while keeping our social media engaging and organized. Thanks for your support!

DO's

• Submit Original Content – Send only photos and videos that you have personally taken and have the rights to share.
• Provide High-Quality Media – Ensure images and videos are clear, well-lit, and not overly blurry or pixelated.
• Include Relevant Details – When submitting, provide details such as team name, event, location, and player names (if applicable).
• Tag & Share on Social Media – If you have already posted the content on your personal profile, please tag your region and Wildcatters Baseball so we can share it directly.

DON'TS

• Don’t Submit Game Changer Videos – We are unable to use videos directly from Game Changer. Please submit footage captured independently.
• Don’t Resubmit Posted Content – If you have already posted the content on your personal profile, please do not submit it again. Instead, tag your region and Wildcatters Baseball to have it shared.
• Don’t Edit with Heavy Filters – Avoid adding excessive filters, graphics, or music that may make the content difficult to use.
• Don’t Submit Copyrighted Content – Only send media that you personally took—no screenshots, broadcast footage, or other copyrighted material.
