FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER GROWING UP: Buster Posey

Coach Trenton Cummings brings a player-first, development-driven approach supported by both high-level playing and coaching experience. Originally from Louisiana, he relocated to Texas prior to high school and became a four-year varsity starter, earning multiple postseason honors as a catcher.

He continued his playing career at the collegiate level before an injury ended his time as a player. That transition led him into coaching, where he now has eight years of experience developing athletes from early youth baseball through the collegiate level.

Coach Cummings has extensive experience in travel baseball, private hitting and catching instruction, and team development. In addition to coaching, he serves as an educator and high school coach, focusing on building disciplined, confident athletes who succeed both academically and athletically.
