Coach Rico Villarreal has over 13 years of experience coaching baseball at the youth and high school levels. As a former high school player, he developed a strong appreciation for the fundamentals of the game and the importance of proper mechanics and preparation.

Coach Villarreal focuses on teaching sound technique, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. He is passionate about creating a positive and structured environment where players can build confidence, improve their skills, and grow both as athletes and individuals.

His goal is to help young players develop a lifelong love for baseball while becoming respectful, resilient competitors.
