FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER GROWING UP: Sean Green

Coach Sartin was born in Mesa, Arizona, and raised in the Queen Creek area. After graduating high school, he began working for the Hintze Companies, where he continues to thrive, currently managing the logistics division.

A lifelong baseball enthusiast, Coach Sartin played throughout his youth but truly rekindled his passion for the game when his son began playing T-ball. What started as a way to support his child quickly grew into a full coaching journey. He began coaching T-ball and steadily moved up the ranks, ultimately earning a position as an assistant coach on the Varsity staff at Mesa Mountain View High School. Now entering his sixth season with the Toros, Coach Sartin is proud to continue helping shape the program.

Outside of baseball, Coach Sartin enjoys camping, golfing, and spending quality time with his large and growing family, including his six kids, their spouses, and five grandchildren—with grandchild number six on the way.
