Coach Jared Kornele, known as Coach K, is a Houston native from the Deer Park area and a former three-sport high school athlete. His athletic background helped shape his competitive mindset and leadership style early on.

Coach K has over 10 years of experience in the youth baseball community, including player development, coaching, and program leadership. He has also been involved in mentoring umpires and young coaches, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game.

Coach K is committed to building strong foundations for young athletes through a development-first approach that emphasizes confidence, effort, and accountability.
