Coach Richardson brings an all-around approach to player development, focusing on both hitting and fielding fundamentals. A former Florida State University athlete, he spent three years at FSU before going on to play seven years of Minor League Baseball.

With experience at the highest competitive levels, Coach Richardson is passionate about translating advanced skills, game knowledge, and work ethic into lessons that are age-appropriate and impactful for young athletes.
